Chris Olchawski of Tutsan Business Growth is a member of The Institute for Independent Business. The Institute has a network of tried-and-tested specialists that they work with, as and when appropriate. Olchawski is also a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management but his chief qualification is…the many years he has spent running businesses and the learning and experience that he has earned the hard way.
Based near Llandovery in Carmarthenshire, he offers practical business advice and support that delivers.

‘Business A’ desperately needed more customers so we worked on a sales process that the business owner could manage himself. We identified that they can supply other businesses as well as end users, so immediately another market opened up. What the client needed to achieve this was:

The key to making this work was an integrated approach: in this case, just writing some sales letters or hiring a salesman would not have worked as it would actually have just created more work for the business owner – who was already overloaded.
